Hunewill Guest Ranch is located just east of Yosemite National Park in the green, mountainous Bridgeport Valley of California. The Hunewill Ranch is a family owned and operated outfit where great horseback riding is the featured attraction. You'll love riding your horse through this 26,000 acre expanse of cool lush meadow, bordered by timbered peaks. Hunewill offers you a full ranch experience, including evening activities such as talent night, family dance night, barbecues on the creek, or watching as young foals and yearlings are being gentled. There is world class trout fishing in the nearby East Walker River, and in the many lakes and streams in the adjacent Toiyabe National Forest. Home style meals are served in the dining room in the founder's Victorian ranch house. You'll stay in comfortable cottages near the horse pasture; allowing you to watch the horses come thundering in early each morning.

You can hike along at your own pace, unencumbered by a heavy backpack, or you may prefer to ride one our gentle riding stock, (Horses or Mules). Bishop Country Club
In the Heart of the Eastern Sierra
This beautiful course, nestled between the White Mountains and the High Sierra, offers both a breathtaking, scenic setting, and a tight challenging 18-hole course.
The course is designed to provide fun for the experienced or beginning player with well maintained, medium sized greens, with challenging water and sand hazards of championship caliber. We are a member of the Northern California Golf Association and the PGA. Built in 1963, has a total of 6,613 yards. The front nine is a par 36 and the back nine par 35 for a total of 71 for the course. The course rating is 70.9 with a slope of 122. The course is open year round.
We have a full size lighted driving range, a practice bunker, putting greens and chipping area, a clubhouse with a restaurant and bar, and on-course professionals to help with your game. Our pro shop can provide you with everything from tees and clubs to shoes and skirts. Rental clubs and carts are also available. And most importantly, we have a refreshingly sincere staff ready to help make your day a memorable experience. Visit us once and you'll come back again and again
