The Owners of the Asylum Restaurant are proud to be recipients of the award of excellence from Wine Spectator magazine.

The owners are avid wine enthusiasts and co-owner Paula Woolsey is a member of the Wine Educators Society.

Paula has uncovered wines from many small "boutique" wineries from around the world, often producing as little as 500 cases a year these small wineries produce some of the worlds finest wines.

BLAZIN' M RANCH CHUCKWAGON SUPPER AND LIVE WESTERN STAGE SHOW

"First class, rip-roarin' family entertainment" is what Lisa Reuter of the
Columbus Dispatch considers her experience at the Blazin' M Ranch in Cottonwood. Owned and operated by the Mabery family since l994, they have created a true Western experience that the entire family will enjoy.


Located along the banks of the Verde River in Cottonwood, just 90 minutes North of Phoenix and twenty minutes from Sedona & Jerome, the fun begins at 5:00 p.m. when the gates open and you enter the Old West courtyard. You will enjoy the wide variety of western sights and activities including a pony ride, shooting gallery, train ride, horseshoe pits, a mechanical roping horse, friendly farm animals.


At 6:30 the dinner bell rings and guests are treated to our all-you-can-
eat Chuckwagon Grub in our climate controlled "barn" served by our cowpokes on a time plate and tin cup. After supper sit back and enjoy the harmonic sounds of the famous Blazin' M Cowboys, who will amaze you with the hour-long Western stage production that includes delightful cowboy muxic, storytelling, comedy, and some surprises you won't want to miss.

OAK CREEK BREWERY

The Kraus family came to Sedona in 1993 with all their worldly goods and a dream, to brew great fresh beer the way Fred learned at the Gasthausbrauerei Hufeisen, or Horseshoe Brewery, in the picturesque village of Pottenstein, Germany. The dream became reality when they opened the doors of Oak Creek Brewing Co. in west Sedona.

Since February 1995 Sedona’s only Microbrewery has been known to locals and tourists alike as the place to enjoy delicious handcrafted brews in a relaxed, unique setting.

In 2000 Fred Kraus, our brewmaster, decided to combine his brewing skills with his partners food industry skills, to open Sedona’s only brew pub. Our premium beers are brewed on site in the copper brewing tanks behind the beautiful oak bar. Our display kitchen houses the rotisserie and wood fired oven used to prepare the house specialties, 'Rotisserie Chicken and Pork Ribs', and 'Fire Kissed Pizzas'. Our beer and food are offered to you in a setting intended to make your experience fun with just a dash of old world charm

COWBOY CLUB GRILLE & SPIRITS

Where outstanding "High Desert Cuisine" is combined with more than fifty years of "Old West Tradition and Hospitality".

The Cowboy Club Grille is our original dining room. Originally the Oak Creek Tavern, it was the gathering place for Sedona's early settlers.

The decor is Country and Western, showcasing the second largest set of Longhorn horns in the United States, as well as, wooden walls, and a number of prominent artistic works.
